Mountain Premier League Welcomes Alliance FC

The Mountain Premier League (MPL) is proud to announce that Colorado Springs-based Alliance FC will officially join the league ahead of the upcoming season, marking an exciting new chapter for a club built on community, competition, and a shared love for the game.

Founded by Thomas Hoang and Allen Fairey, Alliance FC was created with a vision that extended beyond the game itself. While both shared a passion for competing, their greater goal was to create an environment where people could continue enjoying the sport they love while building lasting friendships. Today, that vision is reflected in a club where players and families celebrate together, support one another through life’s highs and lows, and share a sense of community that extends far beyond match day.

That foundation has also fueled success on the field. Since its inception, Alliance FC has attracted players from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, united by a shared commitment to compete, improve, and represent one another well. The club has earned multiple Men’s First Division championships while maintaining the culture that has always been its defining characteristic.

Those accomplishments were built during Alliance FC’s time in the Colorado Springs Adult Soccer League (COSASL) Men’s First Division, where the club established itself as one of the area’s premier amateur teams. Club leadership expressed sincere appreciation for COSASL and the role it played in Alliance FC’s development, recognizing it as an outstanding competitive home that helped shape the club into what it is today.

Joining the Mountain Premier League represents the next step in that journey. Rather than leaving something behind, the move reflects Alliance FC’s desire to continue growing, embrace new challenges, and provide players with the opportunity to compete against many of the top amateur and pro-am clubs across the Rocky Mountain region.

Throughout this next chapter, the values that define Alliance FC remain unchanged. The club remains committed to creating an environment where players are challenged to grow, families feel connected, and the game continues to bring people together in meaningful ways.
